The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry, cassis, with added hints of sage, and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors echo the berries, cassis, sage, with hints at cedar, forest floor. The full body is balanced by the smooth tannins and bright acidity that carries the flavors to the a long finish. This wine will improve both with decanting and in the cellar and can be enjoyed for the next 8-10 years.
