| New Release, 2007 SB to keep you cool.
Bravante Vineyards first Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Suisun Valley and is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Musque. This wine was partially fermented in neutral barrels, which gives us a luscious, full texture in the mid-palate, while the stainless steel tank fermentation preserves the bright acidity and great lemon and white peach flavors. Serve this wine with tarragon chicken or crab cakes for a perfect food / wine pairing.

| The 2003 vintage wines from Howell Mountain strike a great balance of structure, richness and finesse. Our 2003 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon shows all of these characteristics: with plenty of bright blackberry and raspberry fruit and lovely spiciness on the nose. The smooth tannins and medium body give the wine richness and structure. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, black pepper and wild mushrooms add to the wine's complexity and finesse.
