Our 2020 Howell Mountain Estate Rosé is produced using two methods; first we pick estate Merlot and load whole clusters and press these, producing the juice as we would our estate Sauvignon Blanc. Second, we “saignée”, or bleed off, some juice from our red tank fermentations. These blends together create a lovely red-salmon colored wine with great character, body and color, giving it a wide variety of food pairing possibilities.
